Choose one or more of these seven pathways to a healthier, happier life:
- New to yoga? Feel nervous and inflexible? Try Level 1 classes where everyone is a beginner!
- Done some yoga before and want more challenge? Sample Level 2 where students have some previous experience of the benefits of a yoga workout.
- Confident to try headstands and backbends? Done yoga for a while? Then Level 3 classes may be for you. Not sure? Give one a try! There is nothing to lose.
- Suffering from back injury or chronic back pain from long hours of sitting? Then our Better Back class may be the one to try. (But all our yoga classes will help prevent and soothe back problems.)
- If you are feeling stressed out, tired and want a gentle, nurturing class to restore your energy come to Restorative Yoga. * not suitable for prenatal women
- Can’t face starting yoga in a classroom setting? Then relax in a Private Class where everything is about your needs and abilities. To set up a private class, please call the studio at 403 228 5808.
- Want to combine Hatha Yoga with the muscle strengthening and toning movements of Pilates? Then try Fusion.
